1. Introduction Welcome to ProtectiT SP. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Jurisdiction & Sales Restrictions Our website is solely for the promotion and sale of our products in Ireland. Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the UK, or any other countries.

3. Age Restrictions By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not sell to individuals under this age.

4. Product Information & Variations Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the actual packaging and appearance may vary. We are not responsible for minor differences between the product received and the product image displayed online.

5. Product Performance & Liability ProtectiT SP guarantees the quality of its products but is not liable for misuse, incorrect application, or application by unqualified personnel. Performance claims are based on our experience, and we do not guarantee specific results.

6. Orders & Acceptance Orders are confirmed upon receiving an email from us. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Reasons for non-acceptance may include stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Order Changes If you wish to modify your order before dispatch, please contact us. We will confirm if changes are possible and inform you of any cost adjustments or delays. If changes are not possible, you may cancel your order.

8. Payment & Pricing All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct but reserve the right to correct errors. Payments must be made via the available payment methods on our website.

9. Delivery & Risk Delivery charges are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. Once delivered, the product becomes your responsibility.

10. Returns & Refunds

• Faulty or Incorrect Items: You have the right to return items that are faulty or not as described for a full refund.

• Change of Mind: You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by you unless the item is faulty.

• Exceptions: Items unsealed for health and safety reasons cannot be returned.

• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed as soon as possible, subject to inspection of the returned goods.

11. Suspension of Supply We may suspend supply for reasons including, but not limited to, legal compliance, technical improvements, or lack of stock. We will notify you if this happens.

12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProtectiT SP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.

13. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by ProtectiT SP or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

14. Force Majeure We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.
