Clean & Protect Roofs is a professional grade algae, mould, lichen remover and a surface sealer in one. Professional formula designed to cleanse heavy surface contamination along with providing a breathable protective seal on roof surfaces.
How To Use
Heavy Deposits of growth (moss) should be removed by brushing before application. Do not apply in damp/wet conditions or if rain is expected within 12 hours of application. The product is ready to use-do not dilute.
- Apply a generous, even coat.
- Ensure saturation of contaminants and substrate.
- Apply a second coat before the first coat dries (within 20 minutes)
- Leave the product to do the work.
– On light contaminated roofs a visible difference can be seen within 7 days.
– On heavily contaminated roofs it can take up to 8 months to see results.
Clean & Protect Roofs will continue to work for up to 5 years.
CURING: Water repellence is evident after initial curing but repellency will increase to 100% efficiency over 14 days.
COVERAGE: 4 to 6m² per litre depending on porosity of surface.
